Forwarding Calls from Desk Phone

To forward calls from your desktop phone, please follow the instructions below:

Press the Forward All softkey.
Enter a phone number, select a number from Call History, or press the Messages button (to forward to voicemail).
Look for Forward All icon on your screen.
To cancel call forwarding, press the Forward Off softkey.

If you are out of the office and find a need to forward calls to your personal device, please submit a service ticket for additional assistance.
