Your session has expired

When you login to Banner, and before you are able to navigate to a page, the following error appears (in any browser) -

This indicates your Banner account is locked. Please open an IT Service Desk ticket (https://lakemichigan.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) so your account can be unlocked.
