When the call is placed, please ensure your microphone on the headset is not muted and your headphone speakers’ volume is turned up.

To answer calls, simply choose the answer option when the call arrives. If your headset is connected you will hear the call and can talk to the caller.If you have any questions, please contact the IT Service Desk.

***It is important to note that while using the Cisco Jabber Soft Phone, E911 will not work accurately.  Although it will allow you to call 911, it will not accurately identify your location. It is recommended that you do NOT call 911 while using the Soft Phone.
