Cisco Jabber allows faculty and staff to view recent contacts, instant message peers, view recent phone calls, view calendar appointments, and manage voicemails.
In addition, the features mentioned above, faculty and staff can place phone calls through the application by clicking the dial pad icon next the “search or call” bar located at the top of the app. Users will use the dial pad just as they do with their desk phone.
