Why MFA?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your Microsoft 365 account. Even if someone steals your password, they won’t be able to log in without your second authentication method.

Step 1: Sign In & Begin Setup
1️ Click this link to access your Microsoft MFA site My Sign-Ins .
2️. Sign in with your school email and password.
3️. Click “Add sign-in Method”
Step 2: Choose Your Authentication Method
You have several options to verify your identity. Select the one that works best for you! Or add a second one as a backup.

Fast & secure push notifications
No need for text messages
Setup Steps:
1️. Download Microsoft Authenticator from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2️. Open the app and scan the QR code shown on the MFA setup page.
3️. Approve the test notification to complete setup.
Step 3: Final Confirmation & Testing
1️ After selecting your authentication method, click “Next”.
2️. Complete the test authentication to ensure everything works.
3️. Click “Done”—MFA is now enabled!
