First Time Login Setup

All new students, faculty, and staff members will receive an email with information including their username and LMC email address, along with instructions for their first time logging in to set their password. Below are the instructions.

Access Credentials

• Your User Name is: Username is provided in your welcome email. If you are unsure of your username, CLICK HERE to recover the username.
  Your user name provides login access to the My LMC, Canvas and the college Wi-Fi

• Your Email address is:   Username@365.lakemichigancollege.edu (students) or Username@lakemichigancollege.edu (Faculty and Staff)
  You can access your college email through the web at Outlook.Office.com.  You must enter your user name in Outlook Web Access by first entering your full email address. You will be asked to login with your username and password next.

First-time Password Setup

Before you can gain access to any system you will need to set your password for the first time from the Account services web page:  Password.lakemichigancollege.edu

Enter in your user name, then click on the Recover with mail and click on SUBMIT. A password reset link will be sent to your personal e-mail account.

Your new password must be at least 16 characters, the password can include upper or lower case characters, a number, or a special character. Your new password cannot contain your first or last names or your user name.  Spaces are valid within the password, so consider using a phrase or multiple unrelated words.
