Welcome to Lake Michigan College and Beckwith Hall!

You have been assigned a unique user-name to access the Internet during your stay. Please follow the instructions below for your initial login. You will not be able to connect to the wireless until you change your password. To access the Portal, you will need to be connected to the Internet.

Go to: The Password Reset Portal
Log in using your username and temporary password provided, this is NOT case sensitive.
You will be prompted to change your password after you log in (make sure you follow the password guidelines on the website).
Once you are finished you will be able to use the “LMC-Private” wireless. You may need to “forget the network” and re-log in after changing your password.

Note: All bedrooms and suites have Ethernet ports so that you may hardwire to the internet if you experience issues. Please use Ethernet ports for all gaming systems. See info sheets in your suite regarding gaming and how to use the CISCO box above the TV. No personal routers, wireless extenders, etc. are allowed in Beckwith Hall.

If you have a device that has WiFi direct (such as printers) this should be disabled. Failing to turn these types of devices off can cause interference with the wireless network and affect the quality of your connection and others.
